Don't make cheesecake without the cream cheese. I essentially made a "healthy" (er) substitute filled cheesecake and it just wasn't quite right.
They looked cute and everything, but I definitely wouldn't go back for another one. Maybe I went wrong at the sour cream.... Also, Greek Yogurt does not equal fromage blanc.
Full cal and latino cheeses for the next batch. No qualms here.
